Established on April 26,1980 by the former Electronics Industry, China Electronics Shenzhen Company is a holding subsidiary of CEIEC (China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation) of China Electronics Information Group(CEC). The Company’s main business scope includes: international trade, finance, Hi-Tech industry investment, commercial real estate investment and service, as well as industrial real estate development and operation.

The export in ordinary trade of the company’s machinery and electronic products has ranked the top position in Shenzhen over many successive years. The company now has its shareholding in as many as 20 enterprises and it is the second largest shareholder of Shenzhen Development Bank Co., Ltd. The production scale of the integrated circuit package epoxy molding compounds manufactured by us together with Germany Henkel, one of the top 500 world’s enterprises, is now ranking the first in China and the third in the world.

The company now has as many as 200,000 square meters high-grade office buildings(Electronics Science & Technology Buildings)in Huaqiangbei Commercial Circle, among which the Electronics Building is awarded the title of “ One of the Ten Historic Building in Shenzhen’s Opening-up And Reform”. CEIEC Heyuan Industry Park invested and developed by the company covers and area of 330,000 square meters and the company’s CEIEC Hi-Tech Industrial Park covers an area of 100,000 square meters.
